I think this quote means that nobody decides or tell s you how to act. You yourself put your mind to it & make your own decision on how to react on a certain situation. Depending on the situation that how your attitude will determine if it will be bad or good. The situation you are in , will be the expression of how you will choose to act towards it.

ATTITUDE

 Attitude is an expression behavior toward a person, or something. 3words that mean the same things as Attitude will be a temper, stand or an inclination. A bad example of someone having a bad attitude is they can always affect the people who are around them.  Words that they say, with anger.  A example of a good attitude is when you are positive, and not be negative.  Have an attitude that you would want others to be around with, with that type of attitude with you.

Periodontist

Duties and Responsibilities:  A  Periodontist  is a specialist who assists during oral treatment, specifically tissues, gums and bones of the mouth.  They provide help during all procedures including administrators and surgical tasks as well as some clinical function

Salary:  $270,000

Education:  It takes many years of study to become a Periodontist, have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology or a related topic that contains with four years of study in dentistry school.

You can’t tell anybody else but yourself to make your decisions, but yourself. Nobody else is responsible for what you are required to. Only your are the one who can do what you are told to do, don’t tell anybody else to do it for you, the credit doesn’t go to you, it goes to the person that has done that favor for you. Example: If you are required to do an assessment and you decide to ask someone else to do you the favor and do it for you, that credit doesn’t go to you, you don’t get anything from telling someone to do it. Accomplish the goals yourself because you are the specific person that it belongs to. Those are your goals.

ENT Surgeon

Duties and Responsibilities; ENT surgeons are usually responsible for dealing with patients  suffering from chronic sinusitis, Throat specialist treat diseases of the larynx, esophagus and upper aero digestive tract.

Salary; $205,000 per year

Education: ENT specialist must complete at least five years in a surgical residency. This comprises a one year course in general surgery and four in course in otolaryngology.  They work long and irregular hours. ENT specialist frequently needs to visit patients at their homes or hospitals.

Education;To become a clinical manger you will need to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a field like medical services administration or health care administration. A 4year bachelor’s degree program includes courses on health and ethics

Duties and Responsibilities; Speech Pathologist diagnose, treat and help to prevent communication and swallowing disorders in patients. Speech, language and swallowing disorders result from causes like stoke brain injury etc.

Education; Speech Pathologist typically need at least a master’s degree. They must be licensed in most states; requirements vary by state. Master programs do not specify a particular underrated degree for admission.
