I can improve my health by not eating so much junk food less sodium
less calories. I would reduce my stress, work out more. Start going to the gym
more often. Even though I have asthma and medical issues I won’t let that get
in my way and stop me from me trying to keep my body fit & Work out more
keep my body in shape. To help me from stressing out a lot I would try to keep myself busy and try
joining anything that would keep me bust daily.
